My cooking is authentic and homemade, inspired by traditional recipes. My specialties are leavened products: I often prepare bread, pizzas, focaccias, and breadsticks, using long fermentation times to achieve the best results. I love hosting dinners for my friends, passionately creating entire menus, from appetizers to desserts, all meticulously handmade.
