The cuisine of Abruzzo offers a wide range of aromas and flavors, is an area of great agricultural and cultural tradition, kingdom of chili and saffron.

- I had a very enjoyable experience at the home of Pasquale Marziani and his wife Anna. The food was delicious, and I was exposed to food traditions of the Abruzzo region. It was an unforgettable experience and a wonderful way to spend my last night in L'Aquila. I appreciated the warm hospitality shown by Pasquale and Anna. Fun to cut spaghetti on the chitarra!
- Pasquale & his wife Hanna were so welcoming and wonderful. They cooked with ingredients native to Abruzzo and used family recipes that were delicious (and they even gave me leftovers for the next night)! It was great to learn about their family and find out what we had in common. I'd recommend booking with them over and over again.
- If you are in L’Aquila don’t miss the opportunity to dine with Anna and Pasquale. They will make you feel like family. It was a fabulous evening. The food and hospitality were wonderful.
