My cooking is simple, rooted in tradition, and respects the basic ingredients. I lovingly tend a small garden that provides me with fresh seasonal vegetables. With these, I can recreate recipes from Neapolitan culture, and, why not, add my own personal touch. My favorite dishes? Well, I love them all! If I had to choose, eggplant Parmesan is one of my specialties. In second place, there's definitely "sasicc e friariell" (sausage and broccoli rabe), and in third, Neapolitan "pane cotto" (cooked bread). I enjoy inviting family, friends, and neighbors for lunches and dinners, and my table is always ready for guests. I have fun decorating and preparing different centerpieces and place settings each time.

Very well-prepared food and decorations. Patrizia and her daughter were lovely and made us all feel like we were guests in their home, even though they came to us. Their descriptions and stories about the ingredients, dishes and region resulted in an evening we will never forget. Everything was delicious and we would highly recommend Patrizia.
