The small license, granted to private homes, allows for the serving of wine. And, as experience teaches, it is always a good idea to accompany wine with something solid. The license holder is therefore authorized to serve some cold cuts, a piece of grana cheese, grilled chicken, and a couple of eggs with radicchio. In this way, the license transforms the home into a simple tavern, where homemade cooking is at the heart of the hospitality.
