My cooking is genuine because I use only fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Living in the countryside, nature provides us with a variety of products such as vegetables, herbs, and fruit. Additionally, thanks to the many neighbors who grow vegetables, produce cheese, eggs, wheat, meat, and honey, I am able to buy almost everything at a zero-kilometer distance for the dishes I prepare.The dishes we’ll make together will be an authentic explosion of Sicilian flavors.
