My love for cooking began when I was a child: I would watch my grandmothers with curiosity as they prepared and presented the typical dishes of our family tradition. From them I learned that cooking is not just a daily task, but an act of love and sharing.I have been maintaining my sourdough starter for about fifteen years, and bread, pizza, focaccia, panettone, and pandoro have become staples on my table, much to the delight of family and friends who can’t wait to enjoy them.I enthusiastically prepare first and second courses, dedicate myself to seasonal preserves, and make desserts with particular passion. To deepen this passion, I have attended several professional certified courses, which have allowed me to refine both my technique and creativity.If I had to choose just one dish that represents me, I would find it difficult: for me, cooking is creation. Every dish has its own story; it is always a new experience and a continuous source of inspiration.
