I live in the picturesque coastal town of Gallipoli, which boasts beautiful scenery and breathtaking views. Cooking has always been my passion since birth. For me, the most important and enjoyable moments in life revolve around food, from its preparation to sharing with loved ones. In my culinary creations, I tend to favor the simplicity and freshness of locally-sourced ingredients that are in season. I value tradition and consider it a time for gathering and closeness. My land offers an abundance of high-quality ingredients, and I take pride in highlighting them whenever possible. To complement my dishes, I recommend trying our locally-produced Primitivo wine, which is also my personal favorite.
