"My passion for cooking is innate: as a child I always looked at my grandmother, my aunts, my mom behind the stove, and then discover today to redo the same recipes, imitating the flavors and smells of 40 years ago. I tried to recreate those magical moments, accompanied by unique tastes and smells."

: We had a wonderful night with Stefania and Romina last Saturday night. They both made us feel extremely welcome in Stefania’s home and her food was delicious. We all had fun watching Phillip try his had at kneading pasta dough and the meal was designed around local home grown or made produce. While waiting for our ride to come to take us back to Ascoli Picena Stefania invited us to attend a local festival with her. It was “the icing on the cake”. Being part of a community event was special. Highly recommended 👏👏
