Our Cesarina Stefania awaits you in Trevignano Romano, one of the villages surrounding Lake Bracciano. It offers one of the widest and most evocative views towards the lake, while you can pleasantly stroll through the streets of the town. "I'm Stefania, a Cesarina of Sicilian origins, transplanted to Lazio, in Trevignano Romano where I live. Since I was a child I wandered in the kitchens of my grandmother and aunt with traditional dishes and the scents of the earth. Then the passion became a job: I have, therefore , perfected the technique by attending an important cooking school. Living here on the lake I also learned to prepare recipes of Etruscan origin, given the proximity to Viterbo and Tuscia. "
