Born in Florence, with a diploma in tourism and a degree in History, I have been working for years in hospitality and in promoting the cultural heritage of the area. As a freelance journalist, curious, versatile, and with strong communication skills, I love travelling and sharing authentic stories, traditions, and flavours with others.My passion for Italian cuisine, together with my deep knowledge of Tuscan and Emilian culinary traditions, has led me to create food tours in Florence, Siena, and Bologna, taking guests on a journey to discover the most characteristic places, local products, and the stories behind every dish.
