For me, cooking means home, family and tradition. I learned the secrets of the trade from my grandmother and my mother, and today I cook with the same love for my son and my guests. What do I love to prepare? Definitely handmade orecchiette, meatballs and involtini in tomato sauce, Luciana-style octopus and a simple spaghetti with mussels, just like they used to be made. I don’t consider myself a chef at all, but a mother who, through the simple dishes of Puglia, shares her roots and heritage.
