Espaguetis a la puttanesca con aceitunas y alcaparras

Las bruschettas que se ofrecen en este menú son las tradicionales de las comidas familiares, como los espaguetis a la puttanesca. La caprese es un postre originario de Capri, pero en la isla de Ischia se prepara siempre en las comidas familiares, y con los limones de mi huerto la receta será sin duda especial. Acompañamos todo con vino local y limoncello casero.
The cooking class was really nice but there are still a few points to improve:
- the address sent by the website is not foundable on google maps, the link brought us to another place and we did not know where to go until Alessandra sent her precise localisation, which made us to be late;
- the class lasted 2 hours instead of 3;
- the recipes Alessandra herself offered to send have never been sent...
So I find the price a bit exagerated in such conditions.

Wonderful experience with delicious Ischian flavors! Alessandra was patient as we attempted to master the gnocchi making, and just an overall delight in her stories of food and the island. And a note to other guests, the rabbit stew tastes even more tender than chicken!
