It was a birthday gift from my husband and the best gift ever. Antoniette is a lovely cook and we made two pasta’s and tiramisu in her beautiful house with a fantastic view. She is a perfect hostess and provides different snacks & drinks.

«Me encanta preparar platos que requieren amasar, como la pasta fresca al huevo, y utilizar harina de trigo sarraceno para elaborar platos locales como los pizzoccheri o postres con la misma harina. Me gusta sorprender a mis invitados, partiendo de ingredientes muy sencillos, puedo preparar platos locales como pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, o bien muchos aperitivos a base de masa leudada para una merienda-cena».
