    Mi experiencia gastronómica consiste en un almuerzo a base de pescado fresco, capturado en los mares de nuestra zona, cocinado según las recetas que nos ha legado la tradición y, en ocasiones, con recetas innovadoras, frescas y originales. Los huéspedes serán recibidos en una casita de estilo rústico, rodeada de vegetación y desde la que se puede admirar nuestro símbolo: el Vesubio.

    El menú incluye: ensalada de mar - bacalao, garbanzos negros, rúcula y tomates cherry, pastel de atún en versión finger food, pasta de Gragnano con pesto de Amalfi - perejil, piñones, ralladura de limón y anchoas, mini quiches con sabor a gambas y anchoas, tartaletas de limón.

    We had a wonderful evening with Francesca and her lovely family. The antipasti, pasta and tiramisu were incredibly delicious and almost all of the ingredients came from their own garden. Even the wine was homemade. But most importantly, we didn't feel like customers, but like friends. For us, the pasta course was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We definitely recommend it!

    Took Francesca’s class for our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip! The family is very welcoming to their beautiful hope and it was an authentic experience. The garden was beautiful and they grow all of their ingredients. Her and her family did a wonderful job instructing us resulting in a delicious meal! I’m ver appreciative of their hospitality and I cannot wait to practice what I have learned from home ☺️

    Dinner with Francesca and the family was absolutely lovely! They are all wonderful people who offer a warm welcome. We started with a tour of their garden and orchard, and harvested fresh vegetables to incorporate into a magnificent four course meal. The food was abundant and absolutely delicious, as were the homemade wine and digestifs. My brothers and I were spending time in the Compania region in an effort to reconnect with our ancestral roots, but we didn't have any direct family contacts. So dinner with Francesca was a beautiful way to have a real family dinner experience in spite of that, and learn more about the foodways of the region our great great grandparents came from. I definitely recommend!

    Francesca è stata una super Cesarine e ci ha accolto calorosamente con la sua famiglia. È stato superbo mangiare dei prodotti colti direttamente dal suo orto. La cucina era ottima molto generosa e saporita, dei piatti autentici della tradizione campana. È un ricordo bellissimo della vacanza trascorsa in campania e per questo raccomandiamo Francesca a tutti coloro che vogliano scoprire la cultura della regione e suoi abitanti! Francesca a été une super Cesarine et nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec sa famille. C'était génial de manger des produits récoltés directement de son potager. La cuisine était delicieuse, très généreuse et savoureuse, nous avons mangé des plats authentiques de la région de Campanie. J'en garde un magnifique souvenir et pour cela je recommande Francesca a tout ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région et ses habitants!
