Disfrutar cocinando es fundamental: en mi cocina tendrás la oportunidad de dar rienda suelta a tu creatividad. Juntos prepararemos tres tipos diferentes de pasta rellena con un aspecto creativo e inusual, perfectas para ocasiones especiales.

Te propongo raviolis en forma de rosa rellenos de gambas o, si lo prefieres, con relleno vegetariano, tortelloni bicolores con ricotta y espinacas y, por último, raviolis con hierbas aromáticas rellenos de casatella trevigiana y ricotta ahumada. Un curso maravilloso durante todo el año, adaptando los rellenos a la estacionalidad de las materias primas elegidas.

Nuestra Cesarina Alessandra recibe a sus huéspedes en una pequeña ciudad de provincia, cerca de Treviso, donde se respira un aire tranquilo y hay un ambiente de paz: casitas con pequeños huertos o jardines y una bonita iglesia que da a la plaza principal. «Considero que cocinar es un acto de amor y de compartir, y ver a mis invitados felices en mi mesa me llena de emoción. Es una forma de mimar a las personas que quiero, pero también es una curiosidad constante por conocer nuevos sabores, experimentar y ponerme a prueba».
