Seréis recibidos en una casa rural con jardín, situada en uno de los viveros más antiguos de Pistoia.
El menú celebrará la riqueza de los platos de la tradición campesina de Romaña, aunque con algunas influencias toscanas presentes en algunos ingredientes, pero sobre todo en los vinos. Si el tiempo lo permite, también podrás comer en el jardín. Disfrutarás de piadinas, cassoni rellenos, pizzas fritas recién hechas con una selección de embutidos toscanos, queso pecorino y queso fresco. Continuarás con garganelli, una pasta al huevo casera con forma similar a las penne, aderezada con guisantes, jamón y chalota. A continuación, arista con leche y salvia acompañada de tomates gratinados en sartén. Para terminar, zuppa inglese, un postre de crema bicolor, bizcochos de soletilla y licor rojo.
