En el corazón de las colinas de Abruzzo, entre el mar y las montañas, noviembre marca el inicio de la recolección de aceitunas y los primeros prensados de aceite de oliva virgen extra. En esta época tan especial, las amas de casa preparan las tradicionales «rivotiche», una receta sencilla y sabrosa elaborada con agua, harina y aceite nuevo. La masa chisporrotea en la sartén, desprendiendo aromas auténticos. Una vez listas, las rivotiche se rellenan con embutidos típicos locales y se sirven calientes, enrolladas y acompañadas de una copa de Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Una experiencia de sabor que cuenta el alma de la cocina de Abruzzo.

The experience at Stefania's was amazing! We had a lot of fun while cooking and talking and enjoyed the awesome hospitality of Stefania and her husband. The food was absolutely great and the organisation perfect. We loved to be in their elegant house, in their spacious kitchen, which combines modernity and tradition and we learned so many interesting facts about their history, culture, traditions. We highly admire both of them and we are honored to have been for a while with them. 5 stars from all points of view. A big hug from us all. 😀

Excellent experience. Unique and from the heart. We had great fun and learned a lot of new things. Stefania and her husband shared with us heartily a part of Italy. Absolutely fabulous evening with Stefania! She was very welcoming. Food was exceptional and we learned how to make pasta! She even got my husband excited about cooking. We (mother & daughter) were looking for a real Italian cooking class and Stefania was the most amazing host and chef! She knows everything about cooking and she shares all her knowledge with you. Her English is good, and a translating app helps for the more difficult words. Even before we arrived she contacted us for our wishes and made sure everything was beautifully prepared. We enjoyed our own cooking in the garden, and her husband Marcello joined us. We had such nice conversations about everything and we felt so welcome in their home. We would recommend everyone that visits the Abruzzen to also visit Stefania, you will experience an amazing cooking class and you will leave inspired! Janneke & Irene

Desde pasta casera hasta pizzas, focaccias, pan y postres, mi preparación es muy variada. He realizado cursos de panadería con especial atención a las características de las harinas. Me considero una experta en primeros platos y me encanta compartir momentos de convivencia, enriquecidos con una excelente selección de vinos de mi bodega.
