Calendrier des recettes (début à 19h30) : -21/1 : rouleaux de pain carasau -11/2 : malloreddus -11/3 : rouleaux de pain carasau On va préparer ensemble une recette traditionnelle, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis, dont tu apprendras la réalisation et les secrets. Après le cours, on dégustera le plat préparé et on trinquera avec un bon vin. L'expérience sera confirmée dès qu'on aura 4 participants. On te demande de nous signaler toute allergie ou intolérance au moment de la réservation. On fera de notre mieux pour répondre à tes besoins, mais en cas d'allergies graves, on ne peut pas garantir l'absence de contamination.

: An unforgettable private cooking experience. Chef Andrea welcomed us into his home and made the evening feel incredibly special—his whole family taking part added such a beautiful, authentic touch. The Sardinian cuisine was absolutely delicious, and learning the traditions behind each dish made it even more meaningful. Intimate, romantic, and truly memorable. We will cherish this experience and highly recommend it
: We had a very nice cooking experience in the home of Andrea and his daughters. We made “malloreddus”, a Sardinian pasta looking like gnocchi. Andrea prepared everything very professionally and explained us everything we asked. We had delicious tomato sauce and pecorino cheese with the pasta. Federica was also very nice and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We had a wonderful lunch in a family atmosphere with a wonderful menu which included some snacks before the lunch and a tasty panna cotta and coffee for dessert. We had one person with gluten-free diet, which was also accommodated (cross contamination was not a problem for us). Overall a very enjoyable experience, I highly recommend!

: This was honestly one of the best cooking classes that we have ever taken. It was so comfortable and fun. Andrea has the best family - which we had so much fun cooking with. The food we cooked was delicious and sitting down to eat with them was one of the best parts of our trip. I can’t express how sweet and welcomed we felt in their beautiful home. They gave many techniques and made the food with us and taught us about what to use. 10/10 experience overall. We would highly recommend doing this class over any other!

Ma maison est située sur la côte de Quartu Sant'Elena, calme en hiver et animée en été, car c'est une région balnéaire très fréquentée par les touristes en raison des sites enchanteurs à visiter le long de la côte. À quelques kilomètres d'ici, on trouve des plages fantastiques, connues dans le monde entier, mais aussi des paysages immergés dans la nature. Je vis en Sardaigne depuis 35 ans, je me sens donc un peu chez moi ici. J'ai toujours aimé cuisiner et je propose une cuisine méditerranéenne, ayant acquis et expérimenté les recettes des endroits que j'ai fréquentés. Dans ma cuisine, vous pouvez déguster des plats traditionnels locaux, mais aussi des plats calabrais, campaniens et siciliens, revisités à ma façon : la Méditerranée et la couleur ne manquent jamais dans mes plats !
