Vi invito a vivere un'esperienza culinaria immersa nella bellezza delle colline con vista su Portofino. Unisciti a me per un corso di cucina dove prepareremo insieme tre piatti deliziosi che catturano l'essenza della tradizione e della freschezza della nostra terra. Cominceremo con le tagliatelle fatte in casa, avvolte in un sugo di stagione che esalta i sapori freschi e autentici degli ingredienti locali. Poi, ci dedicheremo ai ravioli ripieni di erbette dell'orto e ricotta, conditi con burro e salvia. Per chiudere in dolcezza, prepareremo insieme un tiramisù classico, arricchito con un tocco speciale che renderà questo dessert ancora più irresistibile. Vi accoglierò in una splendida location collinare, dove il panorama di Portofino sarà il nostro sfondo mentre cuciniamo e ci divertiamo!

Cooking with Elisa was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We learned how to make ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, and every step of the process was so much fun. Elisa also treated us to delicious focaccia bread, which was the perfect complement to our meal. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday during the class, and Elisa went above and beyond to make it special. She surprised her with balloons and a beautiful cake, adding such a thoughtful and personal touch to the day. Her home was warm, inviting, and comfortable, with a stunning view from the kitchen that made the experience even more special. Cooking with such a beautiful backdrop added an extra touch of magic to the class. A bonus was having her husband, Marcelo, join in to help—it truly felt like we were cooking at home with friends. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic culinary experience. Elisa’s warmth, skill, and attention to detail made this an experience we’ll never forget!

We had a wonderful evening with Elisa! She welcomed us into her beautiful home overlooking the Mediterranean for our cooking adventure. We were a family of 7, aged 14 to 55 and she was so encouraging and positive throughout our cooking. Everyone was involved in the making the meal and we were provided with all the recipes. Elisa also shared her family’s homemade wine and limoncello with us! The meal was fantastic and we walked away with full bellies!!! Thank you to Elisa, her family and friends who all helped us have an amazing night!!

Alla mia tavola gustosi Culurgiones conditi con un sugo di pomodoro fresco, succulento filetto di manzo, l'irresistibile focaccia Ligure e pane fatto in casa per una genuinità senza paragoni. E per concludere in dolcezza, le tradizionali Seadas sarde, arricchite con miele.
