Ciao da Corinna!

Passo gran parte del mio tempo nella cucina, un luogo che amo condividere con la mia famiglia e gli amici. La mia proposta culinaria è un viaggio nei sapori della cucina veneta, un omaggio ai profumi che riportano alle memorie delle giornate trascorse nella cucina di mia nonna, da cui ho appreso tanto. I piatti che offro sono semplici e tipici, accompagnati dal buon vino veneto, un elemento imprescindibile. Cucinare diventa così un modo speciale per condividere amore e tradizione con coloro che amo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience with Corinna. My wife and I were joined by one other lady for the experience with Corinna. Corinna led us through her town to the market where she purchased beautiful vegetables and cheese. The cheese purchase was a cheese tasting experience in itself. We then returned to Corinna’s home where the table was beautifully set waiting for us. Corinna then guided us in preparing the vegetables for roasting in the oven, preparing the tiramisu, and preparing asparagus risotto. The risotto requires constant effort and it was very instructive to watch Corinna do the final preparation. We all enjoyed our lunch. The risotto of that quality is hard to find, I believe. The nicest part of this whole experience is spending time with a local Italian. Learning to make tiramisu and risotto is a bonus. Corinna was warm and helpful. We all shared stories of our families. These are the activities that make vacations in a foreign country so special.
