My kitchen is rooted in Piedmontese tradition. As a child, I spent entire days watching my grandmother cook for the family. Growing up, after graduating in International Relations, I rekindled my passion for the culinary world and enrolled in a cooking course in Milan. Upon completing the course, I started working as a cook in an Italo-Korean restaurant, and this summer I worked in my first Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. While my cuisine has its roots in Piedmontese tradition, my numerous experiences abroad have enriched my cooking style with new influences in techniques and ingredients, which I often like to incorporate.
