La mia è una cucina che trae origine dalla terra piemontese. I prodotti sono tutti locali e selezionati (carni, verdure, formaggi, profumi freschi) così come ovviamente i vini abbinati ai piatti. Cerco di essere più lineare possibile nella preparazione anche se la cucina di Langa richiede talvolta tempi lunghi e complesse procedure. Per me è essenziale riconoscere sempre gli elementi base di un piatto. Non amo le stranezze, i prodotti che abbiamo qui bastano e avanzano!

When my wife mentioned a cooking class, I was a bit apprehensive. My kitchen experience begins and ends with washing dishes and making popcorn. That being said, our evening with Gian Paolo was one of the highlights of our trip. The drive to his village was breathtaking. Gian Paolo's home is a transformationin time. A small modest home rich in family history sets the stage for intimate conversations, story telling, humor and of course Italian cuisine. We arrived at 18:00 and after an amazing meal, much laughter and great wines, we left at midnight exchanging hugs and contact information. Do it! Have fun!

Gian Paulo is simply an incredible human being. He is talented, warm, engaging and interesting. We never dreamed we would be there for 6 hours, but the atmosphere of his beautiful 400 year old home was so welcoming. The food was amazing and I learned a lot. He catered to our eating preferences and paired 3 bottles of wine to our 3 course meal. I would go back again!!!! And probably will!!! Thank you Gian Paulo ♥️
