Ciao da Gian Paolo!

La mia è una cucina che trae origine dalla terra piemontese. I prodotti sono tutti locali e selezionati (carni, verdure, formaggi, profumi freschi) così come ovviamente i vini abbinati ai piatti. Cerco di essere più lineare possibile nella preparazione anche se la cucina di Langa richiede talvolta tempi lunghi e complesse procedure. Per me è essenziale riconoscere sempre gli elementi base di un piatto. Non amo le stranezze, i prodotti che abbiamo qui bastano e avanzano!

What an incredible experience!! Gian Paolo was the most incredible host. He invited us into his home and taught us how to cook some of the most incredible dishes. We had some much fun cooking, drinking incredible wine and talking with Gian Paolo. I would recommend this to anyone coming to this area. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you Gian Paolo🙏🏼

Gian Paolo was a great host. We learned how to make traditional dishes from the region, including making pasta from scratch which we have never done before. Everything turned out fantastic and we will be reusing the recipes. We enjoyed delicious dinner with wine with an amazing view of the surrounding vineyards and a rare super blue moon! Highly recommend.

Gian Paolo was an excellent host! He had all the fresh ingredients ready for us and walked us through each step. He also got some fresh salami and bread and wine to snack on. He taught us how to make authentic Piedmontese meal and was very patient with us. He was very knowledgeable and welcomed us into his home and kitchen. I would highly recommend!
