La nostra Cesarina Lidia ha sempre lavorato nella ristorazione e conosce tutti i segreti dei prodotti e delle ricette tradizionali del Salento. "Io e mio figlio Elio siamo una squadra perfetta: io mi occupo della cucina, mentre lui è un esperto di vini e di antiche ricette. Un mix di gastronomia e cultura che amiamo proporre ad amici, parenti e turisti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo."

My husband and I had so much fun! Lidia was warm and welcoming. Ot was so interesting to be in an actual home and watch how their delicious food is actually made. When the cooking was done, we sat out in their garden/patio and ate the fruits of our labor plus a few more of lLidia’s. We had wine and limoncello to top off a wonderful day! I highly recommend this experience to all!

It was such a great experience to learn how to make orecchietti and tiramisu and to sit in a kitchen and outside on their beautiful quiet garden patio that had been in the family for over 200 years! The Mama did not speak English but her son did and was able to explain and be the complete host!
