My greatest passion is cooking, which began within the walls of my childhood home with my Emilian mother and her sisters. I fondly remember long days spent making cappelletti, with all the grandchildren expected to help, and as I grew up, I learned to prepare lasagna, pumpkin tortelli, fried gnocco, tigelle, risottos, sweet fried treats, and much more.As an adult, I continued to nurture this passion by starting a blog, writing a cookbook, creating a de.co., winning awards, organizing food and wine events, teaching cooking classes for both adults and children, and managing the kitchen for my association. Although I never pursued a professional culinary career, cooking has always been the thread running through my life.Today, I’m ready: I can teach how to make delicious dishes, handle any kitchen challenge, and turn ideas into reality. I bring experience, creativity, and above all, the passion that has accompanied me since childhood… along with an Emilian mother from whom I inherited my love for good food.
