Unsere Reise beginnt mit einem Besuch in einer alten Ölmühle in Buti, wo wir in das Leben von früher eintauchen. Mit einem Guide entdecken wir die Geheimnisse der Ölmühle und probieren das tolle native Olivenöl extra aus den Monti Pisani, das aus einer jahrhundertealten Tradition stammt.
Nach diesem authentischen Erlebnis heiße ich euch in meiner Küche zu einem Kochkurs „Mani in pasta” (Hände in den Teig) willkommen: Wir bereiten gemeinsam Tagliatelle, Ravioli oder Gnocchi zu, die wir dann alle zusammen in einer geselligen und familiären Atmosphäre an meinem Tisch genießen.
Das große Finale ist den typischen Desserts gewidmet: Castagnaccio mit Ricotta, toskanische Cantuccini mit Vin Santo, Ricottakuchen nach Großmutters Art oder das unvergängliche Tiramisu. Eine Reise durch Aromen, Traditionen und Gemeinschaft, die euch im Herzen und auf der Zunge bleiben wird.
