Bei mir zu Hause machen wir ein super Menü mit Fleischkrapfen, gefüllten Eiern, in Honig getauchtem Käse, frischer Pasta mit einer leckeren Fleischbällchensauce, Ravioli mit Kräutern, Butter und Salbei und einem unwiderstehlichen Tiramisu. Alles wird mit der musikalischen Begleitung von Domenico Modugno und seinem Lied „Volare“ serviert, sodass wir uns fühlen, als würden wir den Himmel mit einem Finger berühren. Probiert es aus, um es zu glauben.

: Consuelo is a wonderful hostess. She reached out and offered to pick us up at the cruise terminal and return us for a very small fee. Much cheaper than a taxi and made it a very easy and relaxing process. She is very personable and thoughtful. All food was extremely tasty and learning to make pasta and tiramisu was a highlight of our day. She opened her home to us and introduced us to her mama as well as her sweet rabbit Pascal and her little dog Nina and a few other family members. We felt like we were family members and not guests. We highly recommend this Cesarine experience. It made for a very memorable day in Messina. Thank you Consuelo!
: Consuelo is the absolute best!!! She was so kind and welcoming and sweet with us and our kids. We had the most memorable experience with her! She taught us how to make pasta from scratch and dessert. All the food was so delicious! We are so grateful we booked this with Consuelo as it was a once in a lifetime experience. : Consuelo was such a wonderful host and cook! My husband and I booked this for one of our activities on our honeymoon. We ate a meal prepared by her and it was so yummy!! She prepared us multiple dishes such as deviled eggs, cheese, meatballs, pasta, etc (there was more). Dessert was the best with tiramisu! It was so nice to have a relaxing meal and get to know one another. The property she lives on is gorgeous. Would highly recommend if you take a trip to Messina!
: A very lovely chef. She was able to pick us up and drop us off at the cruise port for a small additional fee. The experience was more enjoyable than some of the larger cooking classes we've had, where here we had a lot of hands on experience. She took pictures throughout so we could focus on the task at hand. Come hungry!

Meine Küche ist Ausdruck von Einfachheit und Güte. Ich liebe es zu kochen, jedes Gericht mit Leidenschaft und Liebe zuzubereiten und es mit einem Hauch von Kreativität zu präsentieren. Ich lebe auf dem Land und schätze einen spartanischen Lebensstil. Zu meinen Spezialitäten gehören Fleischbällchen, sowohl gebraten als auch in Soße, die meine Gäste immer loben. Ich habe eine besondere Vorliebe für Pasta mit Hülsenfrüchten, insbesondere mit Linsen. Zu jeder Hülsenfrucht wähle ich ein passendes Gemüse: Linsen bereichere ich beispielsweise mit Borretsch, während ich zu Kichererbsen Chicorée serviere. Als Dessert bereite ich Tiramisu direkt in der Tasse zu. Kommen Sie vorbei und probieren Sie es aus, Sie werden bestimmt wiederkommen wollen.
