Ich liebe es, Gäste bei mir zu Hause zu haben. Das Erlebnis fängt mit der Zubereitung von frischer Pasta an und während sie ruht (ca. 30 Minuten), machen wir uns an die Zubereitung der einfachen Füllung, aber mit einer Variante aus Mangold und Schafskäse, die den Ravioli mehr Würze und Geschmack verleiht. Wir machen auch eine leckere Sauce mit frischen Tomaten und Basilikum. Jetzt, wo es warm ist, kommen die Aromen und Geschmacksrichtungen der Zutaten voll zur Geltung, und dann machen wir noch den Nachtisch.

I booked it as a special gift for my daughter’s 30th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Cristiana welcomed us into her beautiful home and made us feel instantly at ease. We learned how to make fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli from scratch, then enjoyed a delicious spread of Tuscan antipasto, our homemade pasta, and the most incredible tiramisu. The highlight was sitting out on her terrazzo, sharing the meal we had created together while enjoying the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cristiana is not only a wonderful teacher but also such a generous host, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. - We had a wonderful time. Cristiana was a warm, loving and kind host. Her garden and food were amazing! She went well above anything we could have expected and treated us like her friends. We just adore her!
- We were welcomed into Cesarine’s home like we were members of her family ! We made delicious raviolis and enjoyed an enchanted afternoon on the wasteria covered patio! Great day embraced in Italian culture!
- Cristiana and her son were wonderful. The food was great and the conversation interesting. She also had a friend visiting that ate with us and I do not recall her name, but she and her daughter were a great addition to the evening. It was so much fun we overstayed our welcome. Thank you Cristiana and family. This is a must if you visit Livorno, especially for the cruise groups who do not have time to make it to Florence.
