Zusammen mit mir lernt ihr die traditionellen Gerichte der Toskana kennen. In meinem Kochkurs in Livorno entdeckt ihr die Geheimnisse der frischen gefüllten Pasta in ihren unzähligen Formen. Wir kneten alle unsere eigene Pasta aus Mehl und frischen Eiern. Während des Kurses verwenden wir nur frische und hochwertige Zutaten. Nach der Zubereitung setzen wir uns zusammen, um unsere Gerichte zu genießen, begleitet von einem Glas Wein aus der Region. Es wird ein authentisches Erlebnis sein, bei dem du die Düfte der Toskana mit nach Hause nehmen kannst.

- Had a great experience with Ricardo and Joelle. They made us feel welcome, told us about typical food from Livorno, gave us a hands on experience at making pasta, then fed us a great mes.
- We had the most phenomenal cooking class with Joelle in the comfort of her and her husband Ricardo’s beautiful coastal home. Joelle is an exceptional teacher—clear, patient, and wonderfully descriptive in every step of the process. She not only showed us how to prepare authentic dishes but also explained the why behind each ingredient and technique. Ricardo added such warmth and genuine conversation, sharing local insights that made the entire experience feel deeply personal and connected to Livorno’s culture. The setting, the food, and the company were all simply delightful. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and new skills to bring home. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough!
