Mit frisch geerntetem Gemüse aus unserem Garten machen wir die typische Suppe unserer Region (das Gemüse kann je nach Saison variieren). Bei einer gemütlichen Verkostung von Aperitifs machen wir weiter mit der lustigen Zubereitung von Ravioli, die dann mit einer leckeren Sauce serviert werden. Zum Abschluss genießen wir gemeinsam ein Semifreddo, das wir in unserem Schnellkühler kühlen lassen, während wir das Essen teilen.

: The food, experience and ambiance were amazing. The hospitality offered by Carmen was unparalleled and the food was unsurpassed by anything we ate in restaurants. From the Tiramisu, to the fresh Bruschetta from her garden, to the Salernitana Meatballs and homemade wine, ending the evening meal with an espresso. This is a culinary experience you will not get anywhere else.
: Carmen and her husband were FANTASTIC! They were the nicest people who went out of their way to make us feel like part of their family. We had the best time with them! The food was delicious and I can’t get over how amazing the experience was. Would definitely recommend!

: Carmen was great! The experience was exactly what I was hoping for, and as a chef, it was valuable to me so far beyond what was served and eaten! To get into the garden and see the goat, to have Carmen show me her giant crock of acciughe! A great night! (One thing I do wish was better, was the directions given to arrive! I received the address earlier in the afternoon, which was hard to plan for, I had booked an experience west of Salerno, and this was east of Salerno in the hills, and the address I provided for the taxi driver was about 2 km away from the actual address. It was a stressful process to get there on my end, but once I did, it was great!)
