Gianfranco

- My wife and I had an amazing experience at the cooking class hosted by Gianfranco and his mother Maria. They made us very welcome and taught us so much about making three different kinds of pasta. The wealth of knowledge that Gianfranco had to share was outstanding. Please arrive with room in your stomach for you will not only eat the meal that you helped prepare but a lot of other scrumptious food as well. We were also very impressed with the decorations in the room making it such a lovely environment. This was one of our highlights of our trip to Sicily !
- We had a wonderful cooking class by Gianfranco and his lovely mother Maria. Gianfranco speaks English well and was able to share a wealth of knowledge he has about the local food . Don’t eat much before you go, for you will not only be eating the delicious pasta you made, but a lot of other scrumptious food that was provided . The class was amazing and Gianfranco and Maria were wonderful hosts ! We highly recommend them !
- This experience exceeded my expectations. Gianfranco was the consummate host. We prepared 3 dishes and enjoyed several delicious wines. The antipasti was incredible and I had to be careful not to overeat, but I was sent away with the leftovers. The farm house is worth seeing just for its collection of antique tools and artwork. Highly recommended!
- It was an amazing experience. We not only learned how to make pasta by ourselves but we were also welcomed into a lovely family & had the best meal. We got antipasti, our own pasta & tiramisu alongside Gionfrancos delicious wine. It was a pleasure to spend the evening with Gianfranco and his mum and thank you again for this amazing evening.
- We cannot praise our cookery course with Gianfranco and Maria enough. They welcomed us with great kindness to their wonderful family farm and winery. We made two types of pasta, one for local 'gnocchi', the other for ravioli, and ate them for lunch. We also made tiramisu. All this was a served with Gianfranco's wonderful wines and delicious Sicilian antipasti. It was a lovely and memorable experience. Gianfranco and Maria were so warm and friendly. We would really recommend the course to anyone staying in the Marsala area. Grazie per tutti a Gianfranco e Maria
