Unsere beiden Töchter, meine Frau und ich wurden nach einem langen regnerischen Urlaubstag in Milano am Abend sehr herzlich von Fabio und Nicoletta in Ihrer wunderschönen Wohnung empfangen, es war wie ein Besuch bei lieben Großeltern. Wir wurden von beiden von Grund auf und geduldig in die Welt selbstgemachter Pasta und Tiramisu eingeführt und immer praktisch mitgenommen. Die Ergebnisse waren beeindruckend und von höchster handwerklicher Qualität. Die selbst gekneteten, geschnittenen und mit einer Art Spinat und Ricotta gefüllten Tortellini, geschwenkt in Salbeibutter sowie die Fettuccine mit hausgemachter Tomatensoße, welche wir zum Abschluss bei feinem Rotwein an festlicher Tafel im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam verspeisten waren köstlich, gekrönt noch vom unvergleichlich leichten, hauchzart cremig (selbst) gerührten Tiramisu-Nachtisch. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis !

Cooking Italian pasta and making Tiramisu with Barbara was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She kindly welcomed us to her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us interesting information about the place and found a great way of introducing us to the Italian cuisine. Not only did we learn to make three delicious meals but Barbara made us feel so welcome, appreciated and cared for. We felt like cooks and guests at the same time.
