I will take you on a journey of colors, smells and flavors typical of my land, beautiful Sicily.

You will discover the colors of the Sicilian hinterland, the flavors of the countryside, with genuine and healthy fresh vegetables and greens.

You will discover with me three delicious and flavorful dishes, all made from foods of animal origin.

You'll start with the freshness and wholesomeness of BRUSCHETTA with local bread and vegetables from our garden, then move on to the tasty LASAGNE AL RAGU' DI LENTICCHIE to the sweetness of CESTINO RIPIENO DI CREMA.

We will prepare the dishes together, compose them with care and enjoy them with love, a love that starts from the earth and embraces all living things, plants, animals and the human being, respecting the lives of all inhabitants of this beautiful planet.

"My name is Simona, I am 48 years old and I have been a Vegan for almost 7 years. I love to prepare good, beautiful and tasty dishes by dusting off traditional recipes and converting them into Cruelty Free recipes, I love to invent in the kitchen but above all to surprise my guests with tasty and varied foods . For about a year we have had a vegetable garden and from this I receive vegetables and vegetables every day, so often my dishes are "CHILDREN OF THE SEASON" and you can feel it even in the taste of a simple lettuce. For me vegan cuisine is a rich cuisine, cheerful, tasty, beautiful and above all alive. I love to prepare both sweet and savory dishes, I rely on my imagination and on recipes that have obtained "the approval" of omnivorous friends and relatives. My kitchen wants to be a window on a world that too it is often thought gray and monotonous, but which in fact I can assure is sparkling and colorful. In my family we are 4, I am Vegan, my partner is Vegetarian, our children one tending to vegan and the other o omnivore, so my daily mission is to always present new, good and healthy foods so that they can eat as many vegan things as possible, trying to remove animal and derivative foods as much as possible. Then surely the fact that I am in the Sicilian hinterland gives me the opportunity to always have genuine and varied products, many Sicilian recipes are already vegan ".
