Christmas in the kitchen: fresh pasta & cookies to decorate

I have always had a great passion for cooking, a passion that I have shared with relatives and friends, organizing gatherings that have hosted up to 30 people. I love hosting people and cooking, to the extent that I have provided catering services for communions and weddings of friends. My cooking is homely but very refined, using local products. I recently moved to San Demetrio, into a two-story house, each with a living room and kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area. This arrangement allows us to easily host new friends and introduce them to the dishes of my region. In addition to being welcomed and entertained (with possible themed dinners), guests have the opportunity to quickly explore wonderful places: just a short distance from my home, you can visit the beautiful "Grotte di Stiffe" or take a stroll through the historic center of L'Aquila, always lively and full of initiatives.
