In the beautiful heights of Lake Maggiore a fantastic and generous aperitif awaits you, accompanied by a glass of Prosecco DOC. We will prepare together homemade tagliatelle with eggs from our hens and make traditional Piedmontese gnocchi, using freshly harvested spinach. You will find ready-made a fabulous wild boar ragout, slow cooked for many hours, perfect to go with your fresh handmade pasta. For dessert, we will delight you with a tasty bread cake enriched with dried and fresh fruit, served with a scoop of ice cream.
