Here is for you a complete, authentic, simple but tasty proposal!
Together we will prepare three courses typical of our areas. We will start with very simple piadine made with polenta: a meal brought with them by farmers who spent entire days in the fields. Next, I will introduce you to Rabaton: gnocchi made with spinach from my garden and ricotta cheese, served with alp butter and fresh sage leaves. We will end the class with classic bread cake enriched with seasonal fruits and nuts, accompanied by ice cream. Everything will be enjoyed outdoors in my quiet private garden or, in case of bad weather, in a typical wooden tavern. This experience is also suitable for children.
