Hi, I'm Rossana, but you can call me Roxy. I love to cook out of passion, preparing simple but tasty dishes for my family and friends. Most of my recipes were handed down to me by two great cooks: my mom and my mother-in-law. I have personalized them with a few innovative touches to make them even tastier.
For my guests, I offer an authentic Romagna menu that includes: Charcuterie and cheese platter with piadina, either alla lastra or fried. Tagliatelle or tortelli topped with meat sauce or with sausage and stridoli. Mixed grilled pork or roast chicken and rabbit, accompanied by seasonal vegetables cooked in the oven or grilled. Soup and Romagna doughnut as traditional desserts.
All will be accompanied by an excellent.

I cook with passion for family and friends; cooking relaxes me and brings me great satisfaction. I've always enjoyed having a large enough home to host guests. Together with my husband, we prepare dishes featuring both meat and fish. Only in the summer, we become pizza makers as our oven is outdoors. I'd love to challenge myself by cooking for strangers who want to taste the typical dishes of my region—flavorful and tasty plates. Occasionally, when available, I also cook game such as hare, wild boar, or mushrooms like porcini, prugnoli, and chanterelles.
