An extraordinary experience in the heart of the olive groves of the province of Bari, where olive oil becomes a journey through the scents and stories of our land. We are Maria Rosa and my son Antonio, and together with my family, we will guide you to discover a simple and fascinating world, made up of passion and country life. Starting with the olive trees, we’ll take you on a journey through stories of authentic tradition and modern technology, going beyond the olive oil we produce to explore biodiversity and high-quality raw materials, whilst discovering together the ideal pairings for your dishes. Four selections of olive oil await you, served with home-baked sourdough bread, taralli, focaccia and local wine.

- We got married on June 6, 2026, and purchased our wedding favors from the very kind Ms. Maria Rosa. Calling them "wedding favors" is a huge understatement! We chose some beautiful artisan-made jars, selecting the colors we liked, along with the confetti, etc. These jars are actually treasure chests containing the love, passion, culture, and many sacrifices of the family that produces the elixir inside: Coratina olive oil, which is unique! Since then, we cannot go without eating it raw on every dish, including a spoonful at breakfast. Some time later, our guests asked us where they could get it... we couldn't have received greater satisfaction. It is only right to share this emotion with Maria Rosa and her family. From the first phone contact, there was empathy, availability, great professionalism, and a deep knowledge of the oil she produces and the olive oil world. We wanted to give our guests an emotion, and we succeeded! Every time they taste that oil, they remember us, our reception, and the beautiful experience spent together, and so the emotion continues... THANK YOU, THANK YOU MARIA ROSA
