In my kitchen, the simple combination of remilled durum wheat semolina and water is enough to create fresh pasta, but if we add an egg, we turn a dish into something truly extraordinary.

You can start your culinary journey with 'pastieri,' small zucchini cakes. We will continue with shrimp lasagna, eggplant alla norma a modo mio, cavatelli, fish cakes and other delights.

To end on a sweet note, we will enjoy Tiramisu, ricotta cassatine or almond blancmange.
