Small group hands-on cooking class with 3 pasta recipes, followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared during the lesson
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

We will prepare as many as three typical Italian and Piedmontese pasta dishes together!
We will start with ravioli stuffed with wild boar, followed by tagliatelle made with fresh eggs from my chickens, which we will collect at the moment, and finally rabaton, the typical ricotta and spinach gnocchi. The ravioli will be served with alp butter and sage, while the tagliatelle will be accompanied by a delicate cream of gorgonzola and walnuts. We will be able to enjoy these delights on the outdoor patio, weather permitting, otherwise we will move to the typical tavern with exposed wood.
