Each dish evokes the authentic scents of the Sardinian sea and land, a rough but incredibly sweet land for those born there.

    Sono sarda e adoro la cucina della mia regione, perché è una cucina che alterna i sapori del mare con quelli della terra, sapori forti, dal gusto deciso , che io adoro reinventare mantenendo intatti i sapori. Ovviamente faccio a mani tutto quello che è pasta e mi faccio arrivare da casa i prodotti tipici che altrimenti non troverei nella città in cui vivo.
