Your experience

    Olive all'ascolana is an authentic dish from my area! During the experience, we will go through every step of the preparation together: from the care in preparing the meat for the filling, to the characteristic spiral cut of the olives, to the different steps to achieve a perfect golden covering. Afterwards, we will delight in enjoying this dish together with other local specialties such as cremini, cold cuts, cheeses and other delicacies, thus creating a complete and original dinner. An opportunity to immerse ourselves in the authentic flavors of my area and enjoy an evening full of culinary tradition and conviviality.

    Siamo state a casa di Cinzia in occasione dell'addio al nubilato di una nostra amica!!! Siamo state soddisfattissime, tra chiacchiere, corso di cucina per imparare a fare le olive all'ascolana, e molto buon cibo!!! Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza!!!! tra amiche, in famigli, in coppia...per tutti! Davvero un'occasione speciale per trascorrere del tempo di qualità:)

    I love creating appetizers, first courses, and main courses, both with meat and fish. My passion involves experimenting with new combinations of colors, textures, and flavors, blending the traditions of my homeland, Teramo in Abruzzo, with the roots I've cultivated in the land that adopted me, Le Marche. Furthermore, for the past few years, I have been cultivating saffron. With enthusiasm, I wish to share the excitement of the harvesting and drying phases and, finally, how this fantastic spice can transform the kitchen.
