    Olive all'ascolana is an authentic dish from my area! During the experience, we will go through every step of the preparation together: from the care in preparing the meat for the filling, to the characteristic spiral cut of the olives, to the different steps to achieve a perfect golden covering. Afterwards, we will delight in enjoying this dish together with other local specialties such as cremini, cold cuts, cheeses and other delicacies, thus creating a complete and original dinner. An opportunity to immerse ourselves in the authentic flavors of my area and enjoy an evening full of culinary tradition and conviviality.

    I had a wonderful afternoon with Cinzia and her family. She is an amazing host and cook. Cinzia took care to teach me how to make the stuffed olives. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She is an excellent teacher. She also prepared other regional treats and I had a lovely lunch with her and her family. I highly recommend Cinzia.
