I’ll welcome you into my home in Anzio, just a stone’s throw from the sea, for an authentic cooking class dedicated to fresh, handmade pasta.

Together we’ll prepare the dough using simple, wholesome ingredients, including fresh eggs from local farms, and discover the secrets of Italian tradition. We’ll get our hands dirty making three different specialities, learning how to roll out the dough and pair it with sauces that bring out its flavour.

An experience full of flavour, stories and conviviality, rounded off with my special tiramisu.
