Following this, you'll tour our winery, which includes the vinification room, bottling room, cellar, and tunnel, where you'll learn about our methods and production philosophy. Finally, indulge in a tasting of two wines that represent both the territory and our estate, paired with a selection of high-quality local cured meats and cheeses. Transfer from the estate to the vineyard will be done by your own car. For over 50 years, wine has accompanied my family's story, deeply intertwined with the land. It's a tale of vintners, driven by passion, rooted in tradition, experience, and the preservation of our territory as a common good. In the 1970s, I purchased the first hectare of vineyard in Mamoiada, a village in Barbagia, at the heart of Sardinia, situated around 650 meters above sea level, not far from the highest peak, Punta La Marmora, standing at 1834 meters. Currently, I manage the winery along with my family, striving every day to enhance our wine production with dedication and perseverance. Our company owns 15 hectares of Cannonau vineyards in the Mamoiada area, as well as small plots of a rare white grape variety, Granazza, both cultivated in bush vines. Our production philosophy revolves around cultivating vineyards while fully respecting the land and the environment.
