Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
A delicacy of the Upper Garda Park is the spit. The Brescian spit recipe is based on meat, potatoes and the sage leaves from our garden that are used to put between pieces to give that pungent touch to the flavor of the meat. It is cooked exclusively on an iron/steel rotisserie and the fire fed with wood embers. Very slow cooking from 3 to 4 hours and greased with Extra Virgin oil from Tignale and alpine butter to keep it soft.
The cooking class includes preparation of "takes" (portions of meat), skewering on skewers and cooking about 3 hours and 30 minutes. Lunch or dinner in our wine cellar, where you can choose (extra € )to accompany it with excellent local wine and more.
