Challenge yourself with a pasta-lover cooking class and enjoy an authentic Italian meal with the recipes prepared during the class

First a nice welcome prosecco and then straight to the kitchen, where I will teach you how with just four ingredients (pecorino romano cheese, guanciale, eggs and pepper) you can create three exceptional dishes that represent the art of Roman cucina povera!

I call them " the three queens"

cacio e pepe, gricia and carbonara!!!

Finally everyone at the table to enjoy what we have prepared together with a good glass of wine!
