Born and raised in Sicily among the scents of the garden and the secrets of my grandmothers, I love turning every meal into a family celebration, sharing our culture through the dishes and stories of our land.I cook following the rhythm of the seasons of Mount Etna, using products from my organic garden to create always fresh and wholesome appetizers, first courses, and main dishes. I love preparing fresh pasta, risottos, roulades, meatballs, preserved vegetables, jams, and finishing on a sweet note with my tiramisu and homemade creamy limoncello.
