I live in Castrolibero, an authentic and beautiful village just 3 km from Cosenza.For me, cooking is an act of love that begins with welcoming guests into my home, continues with a beautifully set table, and ends with the satisfaction of the palate.I’m passionate about leavened breads—my #free sourdough is always active, just like my oven, which fills the air with a fragrance that makes me fall in love more and more with what I do every day.The recipes I bring to the table express Calabria in all its essence. They can be traditional, contemporary, or reinterpreted, but in every dish you’ll taste my land. That’s why I pay great attention to selecting ingredients, favoring local, zero-kilometer products.The journey through flavors is long, and along the way you’ll find typical cured meats—think of Spilinga ‘nduja (let’s be honest, in Calabria we really know how to make cured meats!)—traditional first courses, local cheeses, IGP vegetables (like Sila potatoes), traditional desserts, and so much more that it would be impossible to list everything.
