Irene e Nora

We are Irene and Nora, aunt and niece, and we welcome you into our home in the historic center of Cosenza to share our passion for Calabrian cuisine. Nora loves working with fresh dough and preserves the secrets of our family recipes, from handmade pasta to traditional maccarruni aru ferrettu. Irene takes care of the welcome and the table, enriching the experience with stories, conviviality and local wines. Together, we choose fresh, genuine ingredients inspired by the flavors of our land and family traditions.
