"Assistant chair by profession, as soon as I can I take refuge in the home and spend almost all my time in the kitchen. My strong point is undoubtedly the first courses and in particular the tortelloni and tortellini, strictly made with 0 km products, but I also love making traditional desserts, to which I always like to add a creative touch."
